High Bay Workshop

High Bay Workshop

Our High Bay Workshop station is where motors and generators undergo disassembly, cleaning, and painting. This area provides control over these processes, as they often generate airborne contamination. This part of the facility includes a 50-ton gantry crane and a 20’x12’x12’ baker. Any contamination that is produced is kept isolated from all other shop operations.

Winding Workshop

Winding Workshop

The Winding & Coil Manufacturing Workshop area is where the rewinding of stators, rotors, and armatures takes place. In addition, this area contains 4 bridge cranes up to 25 tons and all coil making equipment including taping robot, winding equipment, and coil presses. The entire area is climate controlled to ensure all coil making and rewind work is performed in the most appropriate conditions. The area features higher air pressure to aid in Foreign Material Exclusion (FME). These measures are crucial in reducing or minimizing small airborne particulates and preventing the entry of humidity and moisture into sensitive motor and generator components.

Main Workshop

Main Workshop

Various processes take place in the Main Workshop area. This is where motors and generators undergo inspection, testing, and reassembly. To ensure optimal efficiency, this work area is fully equipped with a 50-ton crane, 20-ton balancing machine, test sets up to 13.8kV, and all the ancillary tools to support these operations.

Loading/Unloading Bay

Loading/Unloading Bay

Our Loading and Unloading Bay features a full tractor-trailer drive-in, enabling vehicles to completely pull into the area to drop off loads. The bay features a 50-ton bridge crane, a 12’x12’x12’ computer controlled burn out oven, and a wide load service door that leads straight to the High Bay Workshop area. To accommodate loads that exceed the crane capacity, this area is also equipped with specialized mobile rigging.
